Shipping
Every order is carefully wrapped and securely packaged with protective materials so you can feel confident your piece will arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking, and your tracking number will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey and delivery date.
Timing
Most orders are completed and dispatched within 5–10 business days, depending on size, detail, and current order volume. Larger or more intricate pieces may take longer, but I can always provide a clear timeframe before you place your order. If you need something by a specific date, please let me know when ordering and I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

Delivery Estimates
- UK: approximately 2–5 working days
- Europe: approximately 5–10 working days
- United States: approximately 7–10 working days
- Everywhere else: approximately 10–20 working days
If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are often available for an additional cost — simply get in touch before ordering and I’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
Damaged in transit
In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I will then arrange either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Packaging & Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of my practice, and I thoughtfully reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible to reduce waste and minimise environmental impact. Every order is carefully and securely wrapped using protective reused materials to ensure it arrives safely.
Because of this commitment, I do not offer gift wrapping. If you’d like your piece presented in a specific gift box or display packaging, this would need to be purchased separately by you.
