Commissioning a hand-engraved glass piece is a unique way to turn a meaningful idea, memory, or moment into something lasting. Each commission is engraved entirely by hand, allowing me to create intricate designs with depth, detail and character that cannot be replicated by machines. Every piece can also be personalised with names, dates, or special wording, making it truly unique and meaningful — a lasting keepsake or heirloom.

How the process works

1. Your Idea
Send me a message describing your idea, including text, imagery, occasion, or inspiration. Reference photos or sketches are always welcome! 

2. Design Discussion
We’ll discuss your ideas together so I can fully understand your vision, style preferences, and any important details.

3. Finalize & Place Your Order
Once I know what you’d like, I’ll confirm the timeline and provide your quote. Pricing depends on the size, complexity, and materials of your piece. If you’re happy, you can place your order and I will begin creating your piece.

4. Creation
Your design is carefully prepared and then engraved by hand. Because this is a delicate and detailed process, I take time to ensure every line is intentional and beautifully executed.

5. Completion
Your finished piece is very securely packaged for safe delivery and sent to you, ready to be treasured or gifted.

Timeframes

As each commission is made by hand, timings vary depending on the size, detail, and complexity of the piece, and the number of current orders. Some commissions can be completed and shipped within around 5–10 business days, while more intricate or larger pieces may take longer. If you need something by a specific date, please let me know when you enquire — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

From high-quality crystal to more everyday glassware, I can offer guidance on the best type, size, and style of product — but if you already know exactly what you want, I’ll happily bring your vision to life just as you’ve imagined it.
